Terms of use

Shadda is a free multiplayer game platform published by an individual developer. Using it means accepting what is below. It is meant to be short and readable, because nobody reads the other kind.
What you get
Permission to play, for free, for as long as it is offered. There is nothing to buy, no subscription, and no advertising.
What is expected of you
- Be at least 13 years old.
- Pick a display name that is not abusive, hateful, obscene, or pretending to be someone else. It is shown to everyone at your table.
- Do not attack the service, or try to read game state your seat is not entitled to.
- Do not automate play, or use anything that plays on your behalf.
A table is private to whoever has its five-character code. Treat that code like an invitation, because that is all it is: anyone you send it to can sit down.
Moderation
There is no chat, and reactions are chosen from a fixed set, so the only thing you can freely write is your own name. Names that break the rule above may be reset or refused, and access may be withdrawn from anyone who repeatedly does it.
To report someone, hold their seat and choose Report. The same menu offers Block, which means you will not be seated with that person again — blocks can be lifted at any time under Settings. Reports are read by the developer; there is no automatic penalty. You can also write to privacy@shadda.app with the room code.
No promises about uptime
This runs on one server. It is offered as it is, with no guarantee that it works, stays available, or preserves your table. Matches in progress can be lost to a restart, a deploy, or a bug. Nothing here is worth losing an evening over, and to the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from using it.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. Access may be withdrawn from anyone breaking these terms, and the service may be discontinued altogether — in which case the tables and the data behind them go with it.
The rest
The games themselves — Tarneeb, Baloot, Trix, Spades, and Chess — are traditional and belong to nobody. The app, its artwork, and its name are the developer's. These terms are governed by the law of the developer's country of residence.

شدّة منصّة لعب جماعية مجانية بينشرها مطوّر مستقل. استعمالك إلها معناه إنك موافق عاللي تحت. مكتوبة قصيرة ومفهومة، لأنه ما حدا بيقرا النوع التاني.
شو بتاخد
إذن إنك تلعب، ببلاش، طول ما اللعبة متوفّرة. ما في شي بينشترى، ولا اشتراك، ولا إعلانات.
شو مطلوب منك
- تكون عمرك ١٣ سنة أو أكتر.
- تختار اسم مش مسيء ولا بذيء ولا فيه كراهية ولا منتحل شخصية حدا. الاسم بيشوفوه كل يلي عالطاولة.
- ما تهاجم الخدمة، ولا تحاول تشوف ورق مش من حقّ محلّك تشوفه.
- ما تلعب بشي أوتوماتيكي، ولا تخلي شي يلعب محلّك.
الطاولة خاصة لَمين معه الرمز تبعها (خمس خانات). تعامل مع الرمز كإنه دعوة، لأنه هيك هوّي: أي حدا بتبعتله ياه فيه يقعد.
الإشراف
ما في دردشة، والتفاعلات بتنختار من مجموعة ثابتة، فالشي الوحيد يلي بتكتبه بحرّيتك هوّي اسمك. الأسماء يلي بتكسر القاعدة يلي فوق ممكن تنمسح أو تنرفض، وممكن ينقطع الوصول عن يلي بيكرّرها.
للتبليغ عن حدا، اضغط مطوّلًا على محلّه بالطاولة واختار إبلاغ. ونفس القائمة فيها حظر، يعني ما رح تنحط معه على نفس الطاولة مرة تانية — وفيك تلغي الحظر بأي وقت من الإعدادات. البلاغات بيقراها المطوّر، وما في عقوبة تلقائية. وفيك كمان تبعت لـ privacy@shadda.app مع رمز الطاولة.
ما في وعود بالاستمرارية
هالشي شغّال على سيرفر واحد. بينقدّم متل ما هو، بدون أي ضمانة إنه بيشتغل أو بيضل متوفّر أو بيحفظ طاولتك. اللعبات يلي بتكون شغّالة ممكن تروح مع إعادة تشغيل أو تحديث أو عطل. ما في شي هون بيستاهل تزعل عليه سهرة، وبالحدود يلي بيسمح فيها القانون، المطوّر مش مسؤول عن أي خسارة بتيجي من الاستعمال.
إنهاء الاستعمال
فيك توقّف بأي وقت إذا شلت التطبيق. وممكن ينقطع الوصول عن أي حدا بيكسر هالشروط، وممكن تتوقّف الخدمة كلها — وقتها بتروح الطاولات والمعلومات يلي وراها.
الباقي
اللعبات نفسها — طرنيب وبلوت وتريكس وسبيدز وشطرنج — تراثية وما بتخصّ حدا. أما التطبيق ورسوماته واسمه فهنّي للمطوّر. وهالشروط بتخضع لقانون بلد إقامة المطوّر.
